Zab's is New & Different
Being a hot sauce fanatic, I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile for Zab's St. Augustine style hot sauce, which I had never tried before. The sweetness is very nice compliment to the datil pepper heat. If I changed anything, it would be to make it a little bit hotter. Enjoyed it quite a bit and will order more!

ZABS ! ZAbs! ZABS!
My brother and SIL brought Zabs to our house and I tried it and loved it ! The spice is just right and flavor is wonderfully different than other hots sauces. The hot honey is delicious too.
