  • Zab’s St. Augustine Style Hot Sauce
  • Mayo
  • Sliced Bread
  • Thick cut bacon
  • Zab’s Hot Honey
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Lettuce


    Zab's Spicy Mayo

    1. Mix 2 parts mayo and 1 part Zab’s, with a little S&P


    1. Cook bacon on either a griddle or cast iron skillet. As bacon begins to crisp brush each side of the bacon with zabs hot honey and turn one final time to glaze the bacon with the honey.

    2. Remove to drain on some paper towels.


    1. toast 2 slices of sourdough either in a toaster or in butter in a cast iron skillet

    2. slice and season tomatoes with salt and pepper.

    3. wash and dry lettuce and separate leaves

    4. spread one tablespoon of the sauce on to each slice of bread.

    5. layer the tomato, lettuce and bacon onto one slice and top with the second.

    6. cut in half and enjoy
