Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
-
2 tsp Zab’s Original Hot Sauce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 shallot – minced
Salt and pepper
Method
Add all ingredients except olive oil into a blender cup.
With the blender running slowly drizzle in the olive oil to create an emulsified dressing.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
