1 cup labneh
3 tbsp Zab’s Hot Honey
2 small garlic cloves
2 bunches of carrots
2 bunches of radishes
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Heat the oven to 400F.
Cut the carrots and radishes horizontal, you can leave the radish and carrot tops attached and roast them.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt.
Roast in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes until they are nicely cooked.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the honey.
Leave the carrots and radishes to cool slightly.
Add the labneh to a small bowl, grate the garlic clove into the labneh and combine with a spatula or spoon.
Using a large spoon drop the labneh onto a plate andwith the back of the spoon, swirl to create a nice pattern.
Top with the cooled vegetables. Add the chopped pistachios and enjoy.
