Easy Does It French Omelette

  1. Finely chop chives and set aside

  2. Crack 3 eggs into bowl and beat eggs vigorously

  3. Whisk until homogenized

  4. Add salt and whisk again

  5. Add butter to small pan over low heat

  6. Add eggs and stir immdiately

  7. Continue to stir & scramble eggs constantly

  8. Flatten and push less cooked eggs toward edge of the pan

  9. Remove from heat and add cheese

  10. Fold eggs over cheese, and fold again

  11. Plate and coat lightly with butter, add chives and a few dabs of Zab’s to taste

  12. Enjoy!
