
Ingredients
2 cups walnuts
1 cup pistachios
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup poppy seeds

1/3 cup Zab’s Hot Honey

A few dabs of Zab’s St Augustine Hot Sauce
1 tbsp coconut oil
Salt
Turbinado sugar
Method
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Combine nuts and seeds in a large bowl.
Combine honey, coconut oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and a dab of Zab’s St Augustine in a microwavable bowl. Microwave until coconut oil has melted (about 30 seconds), then stir to combine.
Pour the honey mix over the nuts and toss to combine.
Dump onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake until the nuts take on color and smell toasty, about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and while still warm, immediately dust with a hefty pinch of turbinado and a pinch of salt.
