Hot Honey Baked Brie with Festive Fixings
Easiest and most impressive ‘no recipe-recipe’ for every holiday party and charcuterie board this season
- Brie cheese wheel
Zab’s hot honey
Pomegranate or other seasonal fruit
2-3 apples (sliced)
Handful of candied or toasted nuts
Fig jam or jam of choice
- Preheat oven to 350
Place Brie in an oven proof dish and Cut a cross hatch pattern in the top rind.
Cover the top with hot honey, a drizzle of EVOO, and a sprinkle of salt and fresh cracked black pepper
Cook Brie for 5-7 minutes or until melty all the way through
Top Brie with chopped nuts, pomegranate seeds or other fresh fruit, and a few dollops of jam
Serve with fresh apple slices and enjoy!
