Ingredients
500 ml tomatillo (2 cups)
1 juicing cucumber (skinned)
75 ml pineapple juice
2 limes juiced
½ serrano pepper

Zab’s Hot Honey
1 tbsp pickle juice
.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
.5 tsp Tajin
2 fl. oz. Casa Del Sol Tequila
Lime slice, pickle, and Watermelon cube for garnish
1 small piece of celery to stir
Method
Blend and strain: tomatillo, cucumber, pineapple juice, lime juice, serrano pepper
Warm shake: ½ tbsp Hot Honey with .6 fl oz base
Add 1 tbsp pickle juice, ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp Tajin, 2fl. oz. Casa Del Sol Tequila
Add Tajin and Lime to rim of cup
Add skewer with Tajin covered watermelon and/or pineapple, lime and/or pickle.
Stir with celery
