Ingredients

  • 500 ml tomatillo (2 cups)
  • 1 juicing cucumber (skinned)
  • 75 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 limes juiced
  • ½ serrano pepper
  • Zab’s Hot Honey
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • .5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • .5 tsp Tajin
  • 2 fl. oz. Casa Del Sol Tequila
  • Lime slice, pickle, and Watermelon cube for garnish
  • 1 small piece of celery to stir

Method

  1. Blend and strain: tomatillo, cucumber, pineapple juice, lime juice, serrano pepper

  2. Warm shake: ½ tbsp Hot Honey with .6 fl oz base

  3. Add 1 tbsp pickle juice, ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp Tajin, 2fl. oz. Casa Del Sol Tequila

  4. Add Tajin and Lime to rim of cup

  5. Add skewer with Tajin covered watermelon and/or pineapple, lime and/or pickle.

  6. Stir with celery
